Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We’re dedicated to getting your orders shipped out and into your hands as fast as possible, but potential delays due to high volume or postal service problems may be out of our control.  It is our promise that we will do our best to ensure your order gets out as soon as possible. 

 

Domestic Shipping Destinations

Due to the nature of the products in our catalog, TomahawkUSA only offers Ground shipping via UPS to the 48 contingent states of the USA; this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and any other destinations that require air travel. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Policy

TomahawkUSA offers Flat Rate shipping charge of $9.95 on all orders under $65.00 USD, excluding tax*.  All orders that exceed the $65.00 threshold will automatically have the $9.95 shipping charge deducted from their order total.

*Oversized items in our catalog are excluded from the free shipping policy, and incur additional shipping charges calculated upon checkout.  The $9.95 Flat Rate shipping charge will still be present on all Detail Supplies orders under the $65.00 threshold.  

Products under the Car Wash Equipment category require freight shipping which will need to be quoted, and are therefore excluded from the free shipping policy.  

 

Oversized Items

Oversized items in our catalog are excluded from the free shipping policy, and incur additional shipping charges calculated upon checkout.  The $9.95 Flat Rate shipping charge will still be present on all Detail Supplies orders under the $65.00 threshold.  

To ensure these bulky items are listed at the lowest price possible no matter where you are located in the USA, additional reduced shipping charges are calculated and added onto the order total based on your shipping address.  Each oversized item will be packaged in its own box and shipped alongside the rest of your order.

Domestic Shipping Time Estimates

Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.

 

International Shipping

TomahawkUSA does not offer international shipping at the time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@tomahawkusa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.  Please ensure the shipping address used is not a P.O. box. 

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@tomahawkusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

TomahawkUSA covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a pre-paid label to return the product(s) to us in this situation.

Items returned for reasons other than defect or TomahawkUSA error will not be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label for free. These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" and "ordered the incorrect product". 

We can however provide a low-cost pre-paid label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund, that can be sent to your order email on file to provide a fast & easy return.
